The book of wisdom, in addition with the Gospel of John,
says it’s possible!

Atheists, what if I win all the lotteries because I prayed in private to the Mother of God?

    But have you, now?

  • You won’t win “all the lotteries” because you prayed to the Virgin. It’s nearly statistically impossible.

  • sly phy .. evil atheist

Prayer is a lottery with veeeeeery long odds

  • I’d ask for you to provide evidence and then I’d start praying like mad. If it worked for me, I’d give you a cut of the winnings.

  • What makes Mary special? She is not divine.

  • Magistra Satanah

what if i prayed to satan, odin, zues, darwin.. lol, or even to a rock and won the lottery??? have you thought about that

  • It wouldn’t make much sense for me to pray to win….since I don’t play the lottery….

  • Who hasn’t?

Good luck with your system of winning the lottery, Sounds foolproof.

  • do what you very well please, your not going to win the lottery. your better off saving all the money you spend on lottery tickets.

  • When I was a kid, I prayed to beat Megaman on NES. I never did beat that game though…

  • HAHAHAHAHAA….yah ok you go pray to ur god for that.
you know, praying is as effective as staring at a wall and hoping it’ll turn into money. the answers god gives in prayer are…yes, no, or later down the road. now, how can u refute that?!??!! it’s impossible…religion is just the practice of justification and rationalizations. it’s a mind trap

  • No, I never have.

I’ve rarely bought lottery tickets in my life — and on the few occasions that I have, I did not pray to God to ask Him to make me the winner.

I’ve never won the lottery either, by the way.
    .

  • i don’t think you would win because i don’t think god would grant things like that for personal gain a pray has to be humble and not for yourself but for others the you will receive in return a bit like karma

  • no, but Ive only ever bought one ticket and won’t do so again. Statistically you’re better off on any other form of gambling, but at least now I’ve had a chance

  • No. Sometimes play the lottery, on the off chance of winning.

But aren’t you supposed to have more chance of being struck by lightning, than winning big at the lottery?

I think it’s mostly a tax on poor people who don’t see any other investment outlets.
