When you scratch a lotto card, usually at the bottom left or right corner there is a letter. I know “X” means you lost, but what do the other letters such as “P” mean?

  • In Pennsylvania, the letters “B, J, K, P, Q, Z” mean that you lost. Those letters don’t have any significant numbers associated with them (i.e.: F T Y on a card means $50)
